Psvita screen goes dark NOT BLACK when playing games!

When i play Shinobido 2 my screen goes very dark after 10seconds when cut scenes are playing. Touching rear touch pad fixes it but i need to press it for no reason constantly so is this sign of my screen going bad or something? 

 

I don't know if its because new system update or Shinobido 2 patch but i would like to know does this happen to anyone else? I also got my very first system freeze few days a go.

 

To clarify this IS NOT BLACK SCREEN topic! Its about screen going DARKER for no reason.

Sounds like the screen timeout for inactivity. What is the display timeout on your Vita set to?

You might be right here. I have it set to 10 mins for now. I try to put it back to 5mins incase 10mins is bugged.
