I would like to know who to contact within Sony in regards to abuse of the report feature on messages. I have been reported falsely and the individual who is trying to get my PlayStation Network account banned has repeatedly asked me to send him offensive messages.

You'd be best off either sending a tweet/forum pm to RabidWalker or SuperFastZombie, the two tech support mods on the forum, or contacting:

networksupport@uk.playstation.com

 

If you've not done anything wrong though, you should be fine. Make sure to report his messages through the XMB and then block him :Thumbs:
