SOMEONE HELP BLUE SCREEN LOST LOADS!

I recently had a blue screen (of death) (with a bunch of white text on it) appear on my ps3 its about the third time it has happened and each time it has erased my online account and I cant log on to them and wont let me save any games it says something like the trophy's belong to another user,

 

I created a new account and copied some of the previous saves on to this account but it wont let me use them. Mi pretty ***** because I had the limited edition Battlefield three and I used the online code on my other account so do I have to buy another code ? Or is there a way to get all of my saves back!
