SONY DELIVERY SERVICE IS

WHYY OH WHYYY!!  im sat at home expecting my new ps3 delivered due to my old 1 being up by the FW, i phone up to enquire where it is as i miss a day of work thus losing about £100 wages to find that because the deliveryman was running low on time (even though it was meant to be delivered between 8 and 6) he skipped my delivery, what type of customer service is that? and im told it will come through EITHER?! wednesday or thursday, how can u say either u !!!

1. O.K first off, a lot of people's PS3'S broke recently, so Sony are behind.
2. Sony usually have you a new console within 3 days, sometimes next day.
3. There is no need for the title and swearing, it get's you nowhere.
4. Wrong section.
5. I am reporting you for the title, oh wait you changed it,

report me for the title as i couldnt give a .... what you think and a mod changed it not me i would have put alot worse if i knew they wouldnt change it dont u worry  Smiley Happy secondly regardless wether they r behind or not if they make a delivery date they should atleast contact me if problems instead of waiting for me to phone and enquire, you cant stop me from swearing so i will continue Smiley Happy wrong section? do you think i really care at the moment? and where else do you wish me t put it?

They said to me they could only do the 24th Smiley Sad I'm gonna try and fix it myself by reformatting the harddrive, I think I have a sata cable lying around somewhere.

got mine coming out on the 30th july

 

was very impressed on how easy it went and the politeness of the chap on the phone - well done sony on rectifying youre problems v.impressed

 

unlike microsoft who refused any compensation of my xbox dieing 13months after purchase!
