Re: Unable to download PSP game purchased on PSVITA

yup me to, bought GTA China town wars but getting same error message, stupidly i tried for another game not realisng they had taken the £6.50 previously (expecting they had not taken my money as the game did not download) and paid for that too, partly my fault as i didnt read it all. But still i have paid for 2 games that i cannot download.

Sony

1 - Why advertise that certain games are compatable on PSP and the VITA when clearly they are not

2 - How can you charge people for a game that has not downloaded, surely you would wait until the game has fully downloaded and then take the money.

Get it sorted, or refund everyone there money back!!!! i will not let this go.

Re: Unable to download PSP game purchased on PSVITA

Same problem here.... i downloaded Final Fantasy Tactics and GTA Liberty City and both come as no downloadable on the Psvita system although i am certain i read of their compatibility.... in total i lost around 18 euros which was charged on me before getting to see of their useless and still i do not know what the hell is going on!!

At least treat the matter professionally and reply something about this....this silence from you makes everything even worse and dissapoints your customers who trusted you...

Re: Unable to download PSP game purchased on PSVITA

Same problem here.

Xbox 360 owner, first Sony console I have bought.

Space Invaders Extreme bought, and not downloadable.  No email address to contact Sony support that I can see, no phone number either.  Only this board.  Two threads going, no response in either.

Not sure where I stand on getting a refund (or getting what I've paid for to work)

Re: Unable to download PSP game purchased on PSVITA

Add to the list: -

Wipeout Pure
Toy Story 3

Re: Unable to download PSP game purchased on PSVITA

Well as of this morning it is actually now working for me! Thanks for getting it working whoever fixed it (unsung hero(es)) as well as DNAtlantic and QuietlyWrong for raising the issues and talking to us in the other thread.

If you're still having problems just say here but for me it's working now.

[ Edited ]

That's great, but it is not working for me still. If anyone in Sony is reading this, the game is Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection.

Could others chime in and say if they can now download or not, I don't want this marked as solved and thusly ignored when the underlying issue isn't actually solved.

Re: Unable to download PSP game purchased on PSVITA

I owned a few digital games for my PSP Go which I'd hoped to be able to transfer over to my Vita as I hadn't finished them yet, those are Chinatown Wars and GoW: Ghost of Sparta.

I traded my PSP Go in for the Vita so no longer have it but can't download them directly to my Vita from the Vita store directly with the store citing the game cannot be downloaded to a PS Vita system.  I've other games having the same issue also like Gran Turismo PSP and a bunch of others too.

Please use plain text.

Re: Unable to download PSP game purchased on PSVITA

FFIV now works for me, which is great, thanks for solving the issue quickly.

We should definitely makes ure any games that aren't downloading get put up in this thread so nothing is missed.
