Uncharted 3 disc is ruined somehow.

I was playing Co-op adventure on level 2 and everything was fine.  Then the sound started going out and my screen was flashing red.  It was like a static red though.  I went to the XMB home and it was working, then it did the same thing again when I played the disc again.

 

How can I fix this?  There is no scratches on the disc, I just got it on Christmas.
