Technical Help

Hello everybody, 

I have a slim 250GB PS3 , and I finished uncharted 3 last week , yesterday I updated my console to 4.0 firmware, and since then I am trying to play uncharted 3 but i cannot, The game stuck on the loading ring, and wont continue, I tried to delete all the game data in the saved data utility but nothing changed ! 

Any ideas ?

Its the install data not save data that you should try deleting go to the game section on the PS3 scoll up to Game Data Utility there should be two files delete both.

Now run the Uncharted 3 disk to re-install the patch then go to your download history via account management or the playstation store and re-download the Uncharted 3 network pass if you have activated one this should hopefully resolve the infinite spinning ring issue.

I deleted all uncharted 3 data in game data utility but nothing has changed !

NaughtyDog is in denial it's the game and blame hardware failure and to contact Sony.

Sony is in denial it's anything wrong with firmware.

I have a couple of issues related to firmware and it's completely ignored by Sony.

Sony's only interest now seems to be to lauch Vita console.

It's been like this for a month now.

It's sad, but that the way I see it.

Yes I tried Ace combat assault horizon and it works !

No I haven't ? why would I ?

I have tried 2 separate Uncharted 3 dics and have the same issue.  Just the ring spinning in the lower right forever.  I turned the system off after 30 minutes of this.  All of my other PS3 titles seem to work fine.  I have NO issues with Uncharted 2.  Does anyone know how to fix this??
