I have just updated my PS3 to firmware update 3.7 and BBC iPlayer etc has disappeared.  I do not have the My Channels app either. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution?

Yeah mate same things happend here...not a happy bunny!!! all i had was film 4???

Same here, all the iplayer, itv, 4od have all gone. Been replaced with lovefilm and mubi

Same for me too, I have lost BBC Iplayer, ITV Player and 4oD...all I have left in the TV/VideoServices section is LOVEFILM....

this cant be right...can it?

Not only have I lost 4OD, iplayer and itvplayer, but love film has disappeared and so has the tv icon they were listed under. Anyone have any ideas?

You should all have a "My Channels" app under Tv/Video Services from which you can download iPlayer, 4OD etc.

Is that not showing?

No I havent got any of that or any of my channels? Anybody got any ideas as to what to do?

No, got no my channels and the tv/video services icon that iplayer etc were under has totally disappeared?? Another excellent sony update!
