Got the exact same problem. Sent an email to my local customer support about a week ago, but I haven't recieved a response.

I've emailed them today to try and hurry this along a bit, I would advise all of you to do the same, see if we can speed this up a bit :smileyvery-happy: I've also linked this thread in to the email, so they can see that its a few of us having this issue.

Of course, in hindsight, I see the other email address on the help page now, which is networksupport@uk.playstation.com but I've sent my message to the "help" one already now. No sense confusing things by sending the same message twice, so I'm gonna wait and see.

No joy here yet for me, support are being silent / slow on a fix. It's been a couple of months now, really want a solution to this soon.

Holy crap! UPDATE! I have been sent a voucher to download Wipeout HD again! I've not tried it yet, as I only just noticed it in my PSP downloads list, but will be trying it when I get home. There's light at the end of the tunnel!

I just got off the phone with Sony in North America, as I have the same exact problem. They have actually sent my case to another department that has more access to accounts and the PSN. They claim this is the first they're hearing of this. 

 

When I called, they say that on their side they can see that the game is in my download list. But all I see is the Fury Add-on. I can't even see the WipEout HD demo in the store! And the store says I never purchased the bundle even though my transaction history and services list show I do in fact have it.

 

And I also get the message that says the content cannot be accessed on my account.

 

I too purchased the content using the welcome back package, and at the same time I was a plus member, which I think is why the problem is happening.

 

They say they'll call me in 48 hours with a fix. It is definitely worth calling it in, if they're aware they'll be more will to fix it.

I have the same problem, alled Sony North America, things seems not to progress much..

If anyone got it fixed, how long did it take and did you have to go agressive with the service.

They really seem to want me to give up -_-

 

I dont understand though, this should hapen to most people who had Psplus and liked Wipeout enough to take it again... woudnt that be a lot of people and woudnt that be a known bug?! (that gets a fix without contacting support)
