I just tried to play WipEout HD a few minutes ago though upon starting the game I get this message:
"You are missing a key file to run this game. Please quit the game using the PS button. Then download the key from the 'View Download' list on the PLAYSTATION Store before reebooting the game"
I have tried looking thorugh my download history for the Unlock Key though it has disappeared. I also checked the Download History and the Services List in the Transaction Management section of the Account Managment on the XMB but to no avail.
Additionally, when I search for WipEout HD in the store and I select it, I am then met with the message :
"This content cannot be accessed on your account"
Strangely, the Fury expansion pack is still in my download history so I'm assuming that WipEout HD has been removed from my account.
It should be noted that WipEout HD was part of my PS Plus subscription before I chose it as one of my Welcome Back games though I've never had this problem with any game before today.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Neo-Renzokuken,
I've had a look into your account on our systems and can see Wipeout HD content from 05/06/2011 (and before this date) so you may have to go quite far back to find this but it should be there. Downloading this should allow you to play the game, as I can't think of any reason why it would not without investigating further.
If this is not in the download list and you cannot find it at all, it may be worth contacting the support line for the network team to take a closer look at this?
Is the game definently not in the download list at all?

I've just looked through my download list and it is definately not there. Only the expansion pack is in my list.
As I said in the OP, I can't find WipEout HD on the store without using the search function and when I do, I can't access it.
I'll contact the support line and hopefully is easily resolved.

I have exactly the same problem, and have contacted SCEE support line about it. The EU store seems to have recently decided to remove WipEout HD as a demo (unlike US or JP stores) - and this could be part of the problem (as it's a trial and purchase game). Would be great to find a solution to this...

I'm having exactly the same problem as you guys, can only access the HD Fury pack in the store, and its vanished from my download list too.
