Wipeout HD "Missing a Key file" error

I have just tried to play Wipeout HD with the fury expansion from my HDD and got the above error. I have looked for the Wipeout game in my download list but it is not there.

I downloaded wipeout when it was part of the PS plus content way back in July 2010 and got the Fury expansion as part of welcome back. If I check my services list the full game unlock entitlement is there and it does not have an expiration date on it.

What could be the problem here and how do I resolve it?

Re: Wipeout HD "Missing a Key file" error

This seems a frequent Issue, try finding it in the store and see if it's listed with a red/blue bag.

If it isn't then give customer support a call and see if they'll re-add it to the download list. You can find the number you will need here. Hopefully they can resolve your problem for you :smileyhappy:

Re: Wipeout HD "Missing a Key file" error

Already checked on the store, looks like you can only purchase the Wipeout/Fury double pack now, and as I got mine as two seperate transactions there is no 'purchased' bag. I'll give Customer services a try next. Thanks.
