assassins creed revelations additional content voucher error

when I got the assassins creed revelations collectors edition I entered the codes for the 30% discount on dlc for assassins creed 2 and assassins creed brotherhood and the additional in game contemt voucher but it keeps saying "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid" even though the validation date is until the 31st of march please help me.

Was the game new or used?

what region is the game?

what codes dont work?
