I recently made a new email and want to change my accounts email to my new one i dont want to start my trophies over >.< Is this possible?

Currently, I don't think so, but it couldn't harm to ring Sony Support to see if they can do something for you.

You can change your email address, you just can't change your PSN ID.

Yes Randaple4 is correct but ill be a little more specific.

Go to account management, then account information, followed by Sign in ID email address and enter your password.

Change email address.

So that's for the email, what if I can't change ANY of my account information.  I entered my password and tried to update my billing information and I also tried to change my email but nothing was happening!  It would tell me my credit card information was invalid and that my email address couldn't be used.  It's almost as if I'm locked out of my account!  Can anyone help?!

Hey XPct_SKUX,

The Account Management selection will only appear once you have logged into the PlayStation Network.  It is under the PlayStation Network icon.

i tried changing email but it says the email addresz you entered cannoy be used . please enter another email adress.. ? how else could i change it
