freeze trying to get to the navigator on ps home

after the maintainece today every time i get on home and push start to get to the navigator i freeze, ive tried 9 times with the same result ... any advice?

Try deleting the PlayStation Home application and redownloading it. Also, setting the System Language to English resolves some issues.
