gtaiv stats frozen

please can someone sort this out,the stats have been frozen in uk since the outage,i have tried phoning sony,take2,emailed rockstar,but basicly none of them cares as they act like its not a problem,the gtaiv stats have not updated,you play say like 3 hours you turn off your progress is lost,if you level up you lose that too,this has happend in past on gtaiv but after few days it works,but this time its been ever since psn returned,im personaly worried that my new password is not being recognized,i cant understand why it hasnt been fixed or more people have reported it,so please if anyone at playstation reads this can they inquire to the right people to fix it as im getting no help from anyone at all.
