is the psn down?

I bought two games on the ps store for my sony tablet but they wont download. I get error message 8008102e, can anyone enlighten me or know how to solve it?

Call up sony customer support and cite the error code, they should be able to help you out

I have the same problem on my Xperia Play. Bought Ridge Racer Type 4 yesterday and cannot download it. I get an 8008102E error when i press the download button. Seems like everyone is having this issue with the Android version of the store, but Sony are unresponsive with a solution. I knew i should have spent the cash on a PlayStation emulator instead! Come on Sony, pull your finger out!

Android OS is something none of us have any experience on. Customer Support is your best bet.
