i got a new ps3 and changed all my details and lost all my saved data from my old one, is there anyway to get it back?? thanks

You can log in with your old PSN ID and if you have PS+ you can retrieve save data.

Otherwise you can use the data transfer utility and connect both PS3's to each other via ethernet to transfer across everything
