media go and psvita issues

I have £15 in credit on my media go account but I am unable to use this on my ps vita. I no longer own a psp, traded in for vita. I can't deactivate my old psp300 how can I use my credit on media go on my ps vita?

Hi,

 

Just so you know, Media Go isn't compatible with PS Vita. The credit isn't stored within Media Go, but should be on your SEN account through PlayStation Network. All you have to do is to sign into the same account on your PS Vita and you should see any available credit ready for use.
