this is what i have posted to the ubisoft support team and they have not replied. please help

you have to be patient when contacting Ubisoft. they usually take 1-3 days to reply.
Have you tried restting your router?
i have indeed, reset it, enabled dmzplus, disabled firewalls, no luck.
changed router and tried all the above again with out any success
just done that, deleted the uplay info and the driver sf game data. had no effect :Shame:
