playstation store

Hi my lad as £4.25 in his store account and he wants to buy a game £3.25 but when i came to buy it for him

it says not enough money in account  any ideas why

Which game is it?

 

- are you logged in as him when trying to purchase or in as the master account?

- is the game £3.25 with PS+ discount? Maybe it's more than £4.25 when a non member (if you're not a ps+ member that is)

If the PlayStation Plus Logo is next to the price then that price is exclusive to subscription paying members. He needs to subscribe to get these discounts and the free content too.

The game is only crash team racing. I have bought games

hmmmm, well that £3.99 so plenty if you have £4.25 in your wallet.

all i can suggest is emailing the store support and asking - press select in the store and then 'about us' - email address is on there.
