Hi there, I bought my first PS3 slim few months ago and I had to return it because a black screen that comes on for 5 seconds and then back to normal, Got another new one after 4 months I'm having problems and yet again my ps3 freezes alot while loading a game and it freezes while playing online.

I called Sony and they told me to send it back and a new one will be posted to me. I am still waiting!!

Sony why you don't you provide a protection plan just like you provide it to the USA and Canada? As  I read there is protection plan for 1 year or 2 years. I am really thinking of going back to PC playing not expecting this from sony. A system that did not last me more than 5 months.

@Scorpion778800 Because we live in a different country. Stores offer the cover here but everyone says no, so Sony don't need to offer it here as you've already said no when asked the first time.

 Try a different HDMI cable and a different TV and see if that fixes it. There might be nothing wrong with the PS3.
