welcome back package problem, infamous

downloaded infamous as part of my welcome back package, when i started to play a message came up saying game expires in 5 min. game expired no longer allowed to play. game does not appear on my download list so cannot delete and start again. game appears on my xmb with a yellow timer bar as if its a timed demo. i am pretty sure i have tried the demo when it was in the playstation plus store.  ratchet and clank worked fine.

I would advise ringing sony's UK customer support about it
