Favourite Spells?

Im currently level 21 after 30 hours playtime and ive found myself using magic in almost every combat situation so what is everyone's favourite/most helpful spell? it can be a Destruction, Restoration, Illusion or Conjoration spell.

Probably the illusion spell muffle it's an awesome way of boosting XP. Not only does it level up your illusion skill it also boost the sneaking skill rapidly two birds with one stone. 

The only others i really used were healing, flames and occasion frost and sparks.
