Really don't understand all the whining. Sure, it's gutting it's got some glitches.. but for £32 I have got 20 hours i think so far and no breakage.

So if you think about it, games like Uncharted have about 20 hours of singleplayer playtime if you playthrough more than once, and lets be honest, the MP sucks.

And a cinema ticket costs £6 for me personally, and films last 2 hours max really, so for 20 hours of cinema joy ( not counting the popcorn ) costs £60..

So even if you only get 20 hours out of Skyrim, it's still well worth the £30.

If you make the last half hour of any film completely unwatchable then your comparison might be worth something. By your logic if we perhaps slashed cinema prices you'd be happy to watch a film with an unwatchable ending?

Whining? If i'm spending my money on a broken product i'll say what i like pal. You must have mum an dad to pay for your stuff. I didn't pay 40 quid for half an hour or 40 hours play. This ain't the arcades an i'm tired of lazy developers thinking they can get away with this crap. I bought a product. It doesn't work, therefore they need to fix it or don't bother in future.

Bethesda has been know for introducing buggy games - this applied to Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout. My experience with Skyrim is similar to Fallout with frequent crashes/hangs. 

It is really frustrating to only be able to play for 2 hours and then running into lag issues or hangs. It still puzzles me, that Bethesda released the game in such a state as any reasonable testing would have shown those issues.

I did manage to somewhat stabilizing the game by turning off auto-save, but this really ruins the game experience, as you still need to be wary of crashes. I have yet to play the game longer than 3 hours without running into problems.

My latest attempt of fixes have reduced some of the crashes and over the last few days I did manage to play longer than normal. My save-game is now 12MB and I am on Level 52.

I have personally had more problems with fallout 3 and NV put together than skyrim

I'm about 110 hours into the game, 13mb+ save file and the game is pretty much unplayable after about an hour of play time. I need about 5 more trophies to get the platinum.

                     Just hit lev 30 and going into heavily populated towns causes a slide show like slowdown bug that is quite rediculous. Oh yeah,..and the guy up there that says 20 hours is good enough for him. What the hell???? Dude,..the game is a couple hundred hours to complete at least. (if you plan on doing everything)
