Really annoying bug.
This didn't start happening until recently but everytime I accept a brawl from someone and then fight back it adds to my bounty, so the town comes after me. So I either half to A) reload from my last save and not talk to the npc or B) Kill the whole town.
Has anyone else encoutered this? Have you found a way to fix it?

The only reason I suggest this is that this is what happened to me. Once I took the ebony mail off the problem disappeared.

dont suppose youu could help with the bug i have experienced to? for some reason the crosshair onscreen has disappeared so i cant target anything, when i do manage to speak to someone i am given no options of what to say so i cant have a conversation with anyone. what is even weirder for me is that this bug is somehow on all four different saves i have.

Check that crosshairs are selected in the display settings
