An Ancient Dragon killed my Frost. What the hell was Frost doing up ontop of a mountain anyway! Oh well might aswell collect the Shadowmere instead.

is there any way to recover shadowmere after hes been killed. i think he died somewhere during battle because i canot find him aywhere

From what I could find, Shadowmere will respawn after 10 days, at the location where it fell/died. 

So if you know where you were, you should be able to recover Shadowmere.
