Why? Bethesda are simply nipping the bud, and protecting their intellectual property. The Scrolls is obviously influenced by The Elder Scrolls. If Bethesda dont lay it down now, whats to stop someone naming their game The Scrolls of the Elder, or The Ancient Scrolls? Dont get confused, the in game material has nothing to do with anythig, just the name itself. And lets face it. If Mojang have done nothing wrong, they will be fine.

The word: "Scrolls" exist within the dictionary, advertisement, story books, journals and many more. Therefore, Bethesda is going a little crazy on their titles and protecting it?

 

Good crying out loud... they are just insane. They should have research before suing any company!

Say the word "Scrolls and gaming" and people (who know about such stuff) will immediately think "Elder Scrolls". So Bethesda are trying to make it so people don't get the wrong game.
