I thought I would try and start some kind of place where specific bugs can be collected and divided in to sensible categories so as to help log what needs to be fixed, I've started a few categories but if you feel your issue doesn't fall under the below I can always add more, simply post your bug and what category it should belong under and I'll add it to the list

Apologies for any spoilers, but you have been warned!

Unremovable Quest Items

• Amulet(s) of Talos
• Attunement Sphere
• Elder Scroll
• Finn's Lute
• Gallus's Encoded Journal

Other Item Bugs

• Activating an empty White Phial causes it to duplicate

Quest and Story Bugs

• Paarthurnax unkilable after finishing main quest see here
• Misc Quest "Report to the Jarl of Whiterun" unfinishable
• Misc Quest "Investigate Boethiah Cultist" unfinishable
• Radiant Quest Dervenin Fishing Job becomes unfinishable after finishing "The Mind of Madness"

Game Bugs and Glitches

• Dragonrend often fails to make a dragon land and wears off before it can land

comprehensive bug list that gets added to frequently,also here in the PS3 section of beths skyrim boards if you are after references?

pointers I'll give,the Elder scroll can only be removed by selling it to the librarian in the college of Winterhold,I had the problem with the talos amulet but it was fixed after I did the misc quest it is linked to (by talkig to rogvirs neice)

misc radient quests can usually be quit for no penalty,I did this several times for fishing jobs from delvin and for companions misc quests.

bugs I've had:

quest Walking nightmare:

Erandur warped to a point where I couldn't reach him rendering the quest broken and unfinishable

quest breaking dawn:

meridias beacon spawned in container in the dawnstar sanctuary that I consquetly renovated pior to fnishing the quest so it was lost again rendering quest broken

pickpocketing bug,I try to pickpocket and either by equiping a enchanted item or a pickpocket potion my chance to succeced decreases rather than increases

bugs that springs to mind for me is the following:

Guest "blood on the ice" will not activate for me

none of the instrumuents (finns lute, the drums and the other instruments) can be removed from my inventory

Certain daedric quests won't activate, or certain parts have activated but then not continued.

the blood on th ice thing is most annoying for me as i still can't buy the house related to the quest, its really frustrating.

The forum allows you to edit for around 15 minutes but no more as it'd become too difficult to moderate. Imagine being able to edit posts from a year ago, there'd be threads full of dirty things that'd be occupying moderators time.

thanks for your post, this makes producing an up to date bugs list nigh on impossible on these forums at least

If you compile decent sized lists then PM them to a moderator, you can ask for the list to be updated. If you're very polite and they're a nice moderator (most are ) then they'll update it for you. However if they're small and very frequent they might not be so keen as it'd take up too much time.

Unremovable quest items don't weigh you down when the quest has been completed. Not sure if they weigh you down during the quest either

thats true, but it is annoying to see them there, bit pointless having them in your inventory when you can't do anything with them.
