everywhere i go people comment on how i look ill but to me my character looks the same as from the start and i didnt get those comments then does anyone know how to get medicine?

The alchemist in Whiterun says things like that to my character, maybe she's just trying to con me into buying some of her wares.

Go to Magic and check Active Effects. If theres something in red then you probably have caught a disease from something.

People that sell potions tend to say you look ill just to blag a sale I think


Using an Altar clears you of disease

I had trouble with this too, go to a temple in a city and there is a stone that will cure all statuses. Be warned though as it also nullifies any positive effects you may have.
