My first mission, and it kinda shows. I was still getting used to this, but eh, it's a better first start than most Then again, I would understand if you REALLY hated this mission.
Just to let you know, it's impossible to beat without firebird strike. If it's possible to give the player firebird strike just for this mission, let me know!
My next map is almost done. As soon as I wrap my head around switches and mini-map waypoints, I think everything will be ready.

Name: Survival Horror
Location: Top of the cathedral.
Type: Kill 'em All.
You start on top of cathedral without any powers and have to make it to safe zone in the park, being chased by Swamp Monsters [melee type]. Once you reach that part, you get access to bolts but now acid-spewing monsters from swamps spawn. Once you kill them all, you get back all your powers, except Ionic ones and need to fight Ravager.
Plan to add further to it as I get better at it.
Problems am facing: Unable to show visually the safe-zone. In fact, safe zone acts like a kill-zone for first wave of monsters. Idea being you draw them there to get them killed as next wave won't spawn till they die. Any tips?

You could set up a ring of path points around the safe zone, then set the path point group icons to appear on the map. Path points are invisible during a mission, so they make perfect waypoints and map indicators.

It's done...
Spent three days working on this, trying to figure out how to make everything work. Didn't come out exactly how I wanted it, but eh, I'll probably edit it in the future. Really wanted it to have multiple endings, but couldn't figure out how to get that to work. Wave 1 could be harder, but it's a fair challenge overrall.

I just got Firebird Strike in my evil game, it definitely doesn't help. If someone can make it through that section with Firebird Strike, then they deserve to win. ![]()

This is my first mission and it shows
. Basically all you have to do is protect Zeke from the Militia as he runs down a set path to the medical clinic. The Militia become increasingly difficult along the way.
Please give constructive criticism only! Let me know of any bugs or glitches and I will fix them ASAP.
