My problem the UGC doesn't even work for me at all. When I start the game it says I can't connect to the server. It's starting to get annoy cause I want to play some of those missions.

So I'm trying to make it so that Cole can't move until the finishes reading the mission brief.
The way I have it set up now is [Mission Starts] --> [Display mission brief] --> [start count down]. The problem with this set up is the player can start moving before the mission brief has ended and skip the count down timer. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Yes, that was the first thing I double checked. It's happened in another mission I made and then abandoned. I used a volume box to keep NPC pedestrians in a park area, (by scripting them to return to area.) It works fine, keeping every NPC in the square, but only once. Every NPC that exited the box a second time just went straight through.

There is a logic box to enable/disable player control. It looks like a PS3 controller. Connect a splitter to the mission start, then add the Control Modifier and set it to [NO] in the first output, and add the brief to the second output. Connect another splitter to the brief's output, and add another Control Modifer, this one set to [YES] and your timer to the splitter.

Hi,
I've got a problem with making ice soldiers following a path. So my question is can i force the ice soldiers to jump on a building while following a path?

How do I award EXP?

It's awarded automatically. You don't get any for playing your own mission, so you will always see 0.

Is there any way to have a "while" checker? I want a switch to activate while an object is in a volume but not after it is gone

Set up another volume the same size, and have it deactivate your switch "on exit".

How? Do I need another switch in the same place? I tried putting a switch on the connector from the volume but that isn't working
