I could probably quote loads but a couple of memorable ones when playing co-op adventure.

Sully: Well need a rifle butt to get it open.
Chloe: I have a rifle and a butt.

Sully: Nate can you get it up
Chloe: Depends on how much he's had to drink.

Something that made me chuckle was from one of the co-op missions too, it's when Lazaravic walks off the plane with Eddy and Flynn, he's carrying the statue you're trying to pinch, and he says " you think I care about this piece of *****?. . .not you Eddy".

From what i can remember i thought this line from Uncharted 2 was so funny

Nate: All right, there's the tower

Harry: Getting closer

Nate:  Appreciate the update, Captain Obvious

*Drake throws man from ledge*

Flynn: "There's a guy below you, there's a guy below you."

In Yemen on uncharted 3.

*Drake and Sully push the grate covering the well*

Sully: "Well, well well..."

Drake: "haha, that's cute."

Elena: "huh?"

Drake:" ...because it's a well."

Also from uncharted 2 when chloe and drake first meet up in Nepal.

Chloe: "Is that an ancient tibeten ritual dagger in your pocket?"

Drake: "or maybe i'm just happy to see you?"
