TBH, I've never played the DLC either but I remember seeing footage of the orginal version of the taxedermist back at Gamecom 2008.

can't see it being Leland White because that was DLC

Thing is, Leland and Scott look too alike.

They even changed his face as he was so similar in the original versions of it.
