And as before (again), you're gonna have to be more specific with the problem, i can't understand what the problem is, as what you have described is confusing to read (millete - what does this mean?)

are you saying that the connection level bar stops half way and doesnt move, and / or it freezes the console?

try and delete the game Utility then reinstall it, also clean the disc. Hope this helps

yeh sounds like you have to delete the Game Data Utility on the XMB then reinstall it
