Both UC 1 & 2  are freezing - intro movie  and some parts of each levels.i will go crazy!!!!!

games are new - 100 %.

what to do?i have the latest update 4.21 , console has less than 100 working hrs(laser is ok?).

other games are without this problem! is it normal that console is getting hot-burning only after 15 

minutes of playing?

Anyway, delete the game ultility of both games an reinstall them, make sure that both Discs are clean and have no marks, and if possible, buy a Blu Ray lens cleaner
