They are still messed up, although if you had penalties, maybe this is what rank you should actually be?

Mine was quite far behind but it seems to have updated today / yesterday.

On topic of levels,  how do you get a level IV? Does it come after 50? The guy was a complete moron; a stupid American teen who liked to run his mouth when he got killed, but I'd never seen anyone with that level before...

I can't even log into the Naughtydog website with my PSN ID. Keeps giving me error messages all the time.

same but you can see your (wrong) stats if you put in www.naughtydog.com/stats/motokatsu

You don't need to log into the site to see your stats.. just go to..

www.naughtydog.com/stats/index/ 

Put the PSN name of the persons stats you wanna see at the end of that URL
