Fixed an issue in which, under some circumstances, some players of a party would be left in the lobby while others went into Matchmaking and played matches

I still had this problem last night after downloading the patch. Only got to play 2 competitive matches in 1 hour.

I used to had that matchmaking issue daily, my party splitted almost all the time and it took sometimes like 30 mins to find a match, and I almost quitted the whole UC3 because of that. But today when I played with 2 friends, that didn't happen at all! THANK YOU NAUGHTY DOG!!!!!  And sorry about my english if it's somehow weird, im from Finland....
