Re: Sack Drake's British Beach Holiday

Okay then,

Time to announce the mystery place...

...which wasn't such a mystery as I'd hoped... it was indeed Hunstanton! :smileyvery-happy:

I'll PM one of you and you'll get a prize!

In the meantime please do sign up for the new Uncharted European Tournament, I myself shall be taking part and I'd like to see us Brits do well in something for once so please do take a look and sign up! :smileyvery-happy:

Despite Ireland technically being one of the British Isles, this is the English Language section. So that doesn't necessarily mean that you are nor want to be considered British :smileytongue:

I consider myself English and never refer to myself as British but when talking in general terms to people on here I may occasionally use the term 'British' or 'Brit.' There are a lot of people on here from all over the British Isles and indeed some of users are also ex pats and also a few foriegn who prefer 'our' boards.

So there :smileytongue:

Damm was only at Sunny Hunny (they lied it was freezing and raining) too last year.   Would never have guessed.  Oh well.... Live and learn. Congrats to the winner.

Re: Sack Drake's British Beach Holiday

Well said Hawky.

I consider and call myself English too but as we aren't allowed to be patriotic (perhaps the only country in the world and indeed in Britain where being english is frowned upon) ? yet we still use the british tag when the need arrises without a second thought.
