I think I remember reading from somewhere that this beta is only for PS+ members. Does that mean, as a PS+ member, if I download the beta and my PS+ runs out (as I had it from the Welcome Back package), the beta becomes inaccessible to me? That I'm only able to play it for like two weeks?

It is only for PS+ members tomorrow. But the beta will be public next week. So if your ps+ runs out, you would still be able to play it.

They have given a release time, tommorow 2pm pacific, which is 10pm in the UK
