The middle one... The limited edition on the left would have sold out pretty quick when the book came out last year, and the ultra limited 'Folio Edition' on the right was limited to 250 and sold for US$300 at the time..
Very nice book I have to say... and the regular soft cover edition cost me less than half the original RRP from amazon almost a year on...

And some of us were crazy enough to buy it. 
I may also own the Limited Folio edition of The Art of God of War III, but I cannot confirm nor deny the validity of this claim...
