How about on the third game.

Have Drake in the search of Pandora's Box?

Pandora's Box was said to release an all-evil into the world. So it could give some motive for a psychopath to go search for the relic...

and of course MORE SULLY.

sounds good but i would rather the story be about another secret mission that sir francis drake did see a more dark side of francis as well. a story thats completly unknown to real history and i want to be able to drive cars, planes, boats

Sounds good for a new one, but for me I want Atlantis. With Naughty Dog Dogs art style and flare we could see some truly amazing environments and water effects for Uncharted 3 and we could finally see under water swimming added to Drakes frankly crazy amount of animations.

The next best thing for me would be old Norse mythology, Odin and Asgaurd, but TR Underworld already plowed that area, but then again TR: Underworld was mostly bland in all areas of the game, so I have no doubt Naughty Dog could really do something with that mythology.

Drake's Fortune had the water and how it got clothes wet.

Among Thieves had the snow.

What next I wonder.

Under water effects, I think should be the next step. Realistic lighting, bubbles and rifts would look great with Naughty Dogs constantly evolving game engine.

Atlantis would be good with a little scuba diving. 

Also the guy who said a mayan story would be good to coincide with 2012.

Yeah, Atlantis sounds a decent idea with scuba diving sections. It will obviously turn out to be something not-quite as we would expect, like Atlantis is actually a statue or something
