Welcome to the Uncharted 3: European Tournament!

The winner will earn the title “EU tournament champion,” which can be placed below your avatar!

Duration and organisation:

The events will run from the 24^th of June to the 30^th of July, there will be four fun nights.

1 - A national event, in free for all mode, so that no one is penalised by a weak team. After 2 events 2 people will be picked from each country.

2 - The European event. After collecting the ID's of all the users who passed the previous stage, a fun night with 3 rooms (with eight players each) and players from all of Europe will take place.

This is not a team VS team competition, so the nationality does not matter. Only the best six players will pass to the final stage of the competition.

3 - In the final stage all the finalists will play against each other. If two or more people end up with the same score, the one with the best average in the national events will win.

Rules:

The matches will be played with the following rules:

Free for all match

Map: TBD date by date

Score Limit: 30 Kills

Time Limit: 30 minutes

Treasure Chests: OFF

Weapons Pickups: OFF

Boosters: ON

Medal Kickbacks: ON

The online events will run from the 25^th to the 30^th of July following this timeline:

• 24^th of June: This very thread goes live! Users will have to write their PSN online IDs in order to confirm their participation in the competition.
  
  
• 29^th of June:  Deadline for users to give their online ID's in order to take part in the events.

• 5^th of July: List of users and rooms is created and the the dates when users will play goes live.

• 11^th of July: First fun night: the competition will begin and each territory will run its events. At the end of them, the first 8 players in total with the best average Killings-deaths will pass to the next round.

• 13^th of July: The ID's of the players who passed the round are collected and a room will be created of 8 players (the winners of the previous stage) for the second night on the 17th.

• 17^th of July: Second fun night: One room - Four players. The first three players (with the best average Killings- deaths) from the room will pass to the European stage.

• 19^th of July: Names of the winners for the European stage (three Players per country) are collected and 3 rooms will be created of eight players each for the final. The best two players (with the best average Killings - deaths) from each room will join the final.

• 24^th of July: European fun night. The best two players (with the best average Killings - deaths) from each room will join the final.

• 26^th of July: ID’s of the 6 finalists are collected

• 30^th of July: Last fun night. One room of 6. The winner is announced!

Okay everyone I hope that all makes sense!

Basically to sum up no matter how many people join in eventually two people will go up against all the other European territories which will each also provide two people! Everything will be in Free For All and before we reach the Euro stage you'll all be in rooms of eight and eventually there will be one room of eight where those final two will be chosen from!

Now, here is the big one! We ourselves are currently playing through our own tournament - I had no idea a Euro tournament was being set up until a little while back, long after ours had been started on! Now you may think that winning our English tournament means you get a bye and yes I did bring this up and there has been discussion but its been decided that there will be no bye, if you prove yourself good enough to win the Last Stand Tournament then you should be good enough to get through this with no problems - think of it as training and be sure to do us proud!

Are skeleton skins banned?

If they aren't, then i refuse to join sorry

It should be all other characters, no skeletons.

Good stuff Brah! i have a 'zero' tolerance against skeletons, they ruin the game's experience

I don't know yet if I can join because i'm part of the UK/ROI/SCA Team for the Battlefield 3 Nations Cup Tournament, and i dont want them to clash

This doesn't make much sense in my opinion:

"The best two players (with the best average Killings - deaths)"

So the two with the best spread win? Makes more sense to just have the two at the top of the leaderboard (most kills) win, surely...

Probably won't be participating myself but good luck with the tournament.

Looks good, may take part will see. Would be better if it was an objective mode .
Regarding the rules I take it every gun/mod is allowed as well as kickbacks?
