Christopheee schreef:simply create an UK psn account, your dutch CC should work fine, and when you purchase just read the details to make sure you have the corresponding serial number: UK is bces00727
you'll just be charged for the change from euros to pound I guess but at least your download should work
good luck
My visa doesnt work on the UK store

hopefully they will address it. Really, they are just making UC2 dlc sell poorly with such measures...

ARGHHHHHHHHH im so *****ing ***** of with sony right now!
I just purchased the DLC from Uk store as I am English. But I have the Swedish version of the disk as I live in Sweden.
Thanks Sony you *****ing idiots. I can understand if I was to use a USA version but are we splitting up Europe now? How the F am I suppose to know my product code.
If anyone who NEEDS A UK DLC wants they can have mine as its useless. But you just need to think of a way to get it!
You know what annoys me the most about this. I read the fact it says "you need product code XXXXX" before I purchased the DLC but I just assumed it was advising us we need the full game, and this is just an add-on. It was VERY UNCLEAR

Same problem - bought and installed the DLC immediately, and then I discovered that my game disc wasn't "good enough".. I live in Norway and bought the game at full price at GameStop in Oslo.
I could, of course, spend a couple of hours to go downtown and maybe get the disc changed, but I cannot fird the receipt atm., and frankly - I spent so much time already.. trying to get the DLC to work, finding out why it didn't work, sending a complaint to Naughty Dog, trying to find a way to complain to Sony and maybe get my money back..(gave up), tried to make a UK-account, but couldn't play the DLC-content on that one either (the "visit PSN"-button leads to an empty PSN-page). Checked if I can get a UK-prepaid PSN-card., and yes I can - because I have a PayPay-account - my VISA doesn't work on the UK-PSN., but..
Aargh - it is too much already..
So I have just quit playing the game.. :-(
The police state is definetly creeping closer and closer, if it isn't already a reality..?

On the spine of the case or on the disc.

I fail to see how that is unclear.

Well it was not unclear, let's just call it shady and amoral. Poinless way of bombing UC2 DLC tbh. Ofc the numbers will be positive as many people fell for it (i fell in the indra 1,99€ pack thank god, but that one DID NOT say any BCES code sooooooooooo yeah, not very clear in that sense). But from this point those guys won't buy any more DLC as they feel totally ripped off to be region locked in their own region. Uk isn't a region in games, PAL is.
