Unit 13

This game keeps freezing my Vita. It mainly happens on the daily challenge but causes a major lock up which forces me to do a hard reset. The sound goes during the game and thats how know it's about to freeze the Vita up. It's a lot like the demo problems. Please sort ASAP.

I haven't had any freezes until yesterday it froze 3 times.

Recreating the problem it sees that when on a mission, without pausing I press the PS Button and then go to LiveTweet, then when I go back to Unit 13 I can't control my character or pause or anything, then if I go back to live tweet it freezes when I choose continue therefore I had to turn off the console. When turning it off after clicking power off the loading circle stays on the screen so I have to hold the power button for 30 secs to restart the Vita.

did read about pressing the PS button could be the problem with the demo so have avoided it in the retail and not one crash for me.

Did you guys buy the digital version? I haven't had any problems with the cartridge version.

i've had a sound issue and a crash with the retail version but a hard reset and its fine.

I have had 2 crashes with the retail version, one of those following the sound cutting out. Both times it required a hard reset.

I'm not sure it's the PS button - it seems to be switching out to use another application (for example messaging, using the camera) but obviously you need to use the PS button to do that.

I just make sure that I don't use any other apps until I am finished with Unit 13 and have closed it down. That seems to be working for me.

Just to add another voice to the crowd... This has started to happen to my game as well now. First the sound goes and then it freezes and I have to hold the power button for 30 secs and completely restart the Vita. Not good. This problem, along with the leaderboard system, is making the game very annoying. I love Unit 13, but at this moment in time it is a broken product that should never have passed QA (never mind actually charging people to play it!)

Again, I have experienced this problem repeatedly to the point where I ahven't played Unit 13 for over a week. It is a shame because it is a good game, but I am worried about the damage repeated hard resets will do to the ita as a result of playing a game. Please Zipper - fix this soon!!! I have the downloaded version, I have a 3g vita, I don't know if these are relevent factors.

Wonder what this means for patches to U13 - presumably any possible DLC is already dead now.
