Hi there, first post so be gentle

I have just purchased this game and would like an idiots guide on the easiest way to play in the third person mode.

I have tried saving to a memory stick but its not having it so direct download from the browser would be my best bet. Also everywhere mentions putting it in to 'MY CONTENT' but unless I am going mad my doesnt exist?

Also again the easiest way for the gears of war skins, if they are still avalible?

Action Cam no longer works due to all the free content thats been added to UT3.

Gears Cam does work very well But was never Finished as the dream was a FULL GEARS CONVERSION.

AKA the Next Gears would be a fan built version on PS3 UT3 engine.

If some one was able to build the core game mode... Epic would allow the maps templates to be copied. Yea right fat chance of Microsoft allowing that. Free Gears on PS3.   

Update the game. ( Realy yes make sure it full updated.)

Go to the PSN store and download EVERY UT3 update. (you may have missed some extra content.)

OK now you should have the upto date Game engine.

Go to the Games Built in add on browser.

Via Community>mod browser

Down the bottom of the screen theres a button to import one single mod from USB.

OK Layout for USB stick/HDD is ..

Single mod FILE is in ZERO folders

Yep the FILE goes on its own in whats called the Root section.. Zero folders needed...

The file shold not be a ZIP it should be called.

USERDATA.JAM and sit like this...

USB Device name...

          USERDATA.JAM

          Other content............. on USB device

Plugin USB device, Press square, select the USB Device. select yes to "Do you want to import the data", It unpacks,  as long as nothing goes wrong.

Most people beta tested the Gears Gam with the Guy but he was new to MODs and was still in High school. So only Does it part time.

Gears Skins were created before the "titan pack" And are unstable use at our own risk Ive lost my hole addon content due to old Mods, they were also stolen from the artist that Created them before getting conversion to PS3.

Thats still a problem with PC artist not all are willing to allow PS3 cooks 

Cooks are creating versions for PS3 from PC files.

Epic Need You to get the Artists permission before You Do a conversion to PS3.

SD capture card and Old version pics has improved a bit, with more testing done on the latest version. 

Mod is Broken when online.

Part 2 

Now you need to turn the Mod on in an instant action Game.

Set up games as normal but before you launch You need to add the mod as a Mutator on the setting screen Head title for section will be Bots skill level. press the Square button

Scroll Down now It will be called Gears??? on the left side of the screen

Highlight it press trangle and then X to accept.

Dammit i thought a cover system mod would be out for this by now

browsing all those user maps makes me want to get it again though
