UT3 mods on PS3

Do full mods (total conversions) for UT3 work on PS3 or is it just map and weapons changes?

 

For example would these mods work on the PS3?

Well from the links you provided, it looks like it's only for PC cause i scrolled down and it has info on the mod. It says it's only for PC. But i heard that Epic released a new sandbox editor and people are gonna be making mods soon i bet for Ps3 and PC.
