does my psn email that i use to log in on psn, have to be the same as the one to use battlelog and log into origin?? or even my psn name??
because i've played online and a bit of co-op and press the d pad n always says account not activated and i press x n just get account not activated
also i have the limited edition like most of you
and put the code in the online store n thats fine, but as of posting this these maps do not appear in the game menu,as stated here
Gamers who pre-order Battlefield 3 are assured a copy of the Limited Edition, which includes the Back to Karkand post-launch digital expansion pack at no extra charge. With Back to Karkand, players can wage all-out war on four of the most celebrated maps from Battlefield 2 including Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Oman and the Sharqi Peninsula, all stunningly re-created using the power of Frostbite 2.
so can you guys help me out??

falcon, You need to go to battlelog.battlefield.com and sign in there with your EA login ID. If you had previously had that linked to your psn id after u log in it should activate and should fix your problem
Also, it's not necessarily an error-free process. I needed to do a password reset for some reason for it to work with Battlelog (I could log into my EA account just fine, but it wouldn't let me log into Battlelog until I'd changed my password).
As for BF3 more generally, I think it's great . It's classic DICE, of course - great core gameplay with more rough edges than you can poke a stick at. If they ever learn to polish their games up (so that matchmaking doesn't split squads up, so that the menus aren't slower than GT5, including custom games at launch, etc.,) their games would be _really_ excellent!

learnt something tonight, if you want to upgrade your jet or chopper faster, go as engineer and lay mines, then jump in a jet.
when an enemy tank hits the mines you get rewarded the destroy or disable bonus and the points go towards your jet upgrades. happened to me tonight.
Oooh, nice tip . Jets starting off with guns only, and choppers without flares, is somewhat ridiculous!
