To be honest all new releases drop in price after a few weeks/months, that doesnt make it a bad game, its definitely worth full price

Are there any non respawn elimination style modes?

I didnt like the objective ones in the game. . .having to run into an objective area where someone was camped overlooking it and being abe to see you through walls.

Bt I'd love a 5v5 elimination game mode or something like it.

And one more question before I buy please. . . How long will it take me to get the ability to not show up as a giant red human visible through walls.

When someone throws a sensor and you show up through walls the effect doesnt last the entire game, after about a minute the sensor wears off until someone throws another sensor, im only level 8 but i dont think there are any abilities/perks, i know each class has advantages to that class like the scout can go invisable but im not sure theres one to stop you showing up when a sensor is thrown, i could be wrong though

I think Siege is the only non respawn mode

also people get confused between someone who's camping and someone who's defending the objective, for example if someone finds a nice little spot in the corner of the map knowhere near the objective waiting for an enemy to run past for an easy kill then thats camping

If you arm a bomb and have to wait for it to explode, you stay in the room so it doesnt get disarmed then thats defending, if your defending it makes perfect sense just to stay in the room rather than arming it and running away for someone to come and disarm it?

Oh yes I know! But still camping like that bores me. It turns me off objective modes which are based on that style.

If he's talking about the recent SOCOM, the default view is like GRFS, slightly over the shoulder.  But you have the option of changing it to what it calls "Classic" view where the camera is over the player characters head in the centre, theres no need to worry about swapping shoulders.
