There just needs to be a DELAY in posting for the first time.

US forum Requires you to Confirm your Email Address via an email sent, the very first time you login or You can't post. This seams to be enough of a delay to stop the repeating of old topics..

Speed upgrade
Been upgraded to 30Mb/s for free from 10Mb/s.
