Deativate old PS3 systems

hey there!

 

could someone help me to deactivate my old PS3 as all gone and I got new one,

( I already contacted US and UK playstation support but they help thier local customers Im from middle east and I also contaced our useless support)

plz help

Unless you have the console in your possession, working, the only other way to deactivate your PS3 is by contacting Tech Support which you say you've tried. What did your local Tech Support say?
